Hotel receptionist. 45 years old, Neapolitan origins. The patient has 3 children and had a walleye eye and long-sightedness (about dioptres). On 3rd April 2014 he was identified as suitable for a bilateral operation with ASIK LUX, which he underwent on 11th April 2014.
He had been wearing glasses since he was 3. He says:
“Try and… see for yourself!”.
When he was called for a follow-up visit he said he felt free to move and live without “supports”:
“I started wearing glasses when I was 3 and I stopped wearing them at 45…it was about time!
